依据

我们依照马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法》（PDPA）处理你的个人资料。使用本服务，即表示你同意我们按本政策收集与使用资料。

我们收集的资料

• 账号资料：用户ID、电邮（自行注册时提供）、会员等级、到期日、订阅状态、加购项目、注册时间、注册当时的 IP 地址，以及你注册时同意的条款版本。密码只以加密杂凑（hash）保存，我们看不到你自己设定的密码。
• 登录记录：登录时间、IP 地址、浏览器与设备类型、登录成败，用于账号安全（防止共用与盗用）。为了做到同一账号同一时间只在一台设备登录，我们也会记下你目前这一次登录的 IP 与设备类型；下次登录时会被新的一笔取代，退出时删除。
• 付款资料：经 Stripe 处理。我们只保存购买项目、金额、币别、交易编号、购买时间，以及 Stripe 给你的客户编号与订阅编号；不会取得或保存你的信用卡资料。订阅月付时，我们会把你的注册电邮传给 Stripe，用来建立付款资料。
• 排盘输入（出生日期、时间等）：一般排盘在你的浏览器计算，不会送到我们的服务器。八字流年报告、八字百年流年表、家居布局报告、择日报告、专属开运日历与首页的免费运势快照，会把你输入的资料送到我们的服务器计算：性别、出生日期与时间；流年报告另有你填写的中英文姓名与多胞胎资料；家居布局报告另有大门朝向；择日报告另有要做的事与开始日期；专属开运日历另有你选的年份与语言（不知道出生时辰的，可以不填时间）。付费的报告、日历与奇门问事，这些资料在付款前填写，会先存在我们服务器数据库里的「待付款订单」，不会交给 Stripe；24 小时内没有完成付款的，系统会自动删除；付款成功后，用来产生这一份，并照下面「报告相关的资料」保存。其中哪些会保存下来，请看下面两项。（奇门问事付款前填写的是类别、问题与「想看」的方向，见下面「奇门问事」一项；家居布局问答见「好运Jayne 家居布局问答」一项；生日密码见「生日密码」一项。）
• 报告相关的资料：
  （一）绑定用的生日与性别。你第一次成功产生八字流年报告、家居布局报告或百年流年表时，我们会把所用的出生年、月、日与性别，连同你的用户ID 与该份报告的项目名称，保存在数据库里，用来让一份报告只对应一个人。出生时间、姓名不会因为这个用途而保存。
  （二）产生与打印次数。我们会记录每份报告产生了几次、打印或存成 PDF 了几次，用来计算次数上限。为了分辨你是不是只切换了中文或英文显示（只切换语言不算次数），每份报告也会另存一个由你所用的资料算出来的「资料指纹」。这个指纹是用我们服务器的密钥做的单向处理，不含生日原文，我们也不会用它来还原你的资料，只用来做这个判断。
  （三）重设记录。如果我们应你的要求重设过某份报告或专属开运日历，会记下重设的时间与经手的管理员，用来确认这一份的机会已经用过。
  （四）择日报告存档。你产生的择日报告，会把整份报告（内容包括报告标题、要做的事、开始日期、推荐与要避开的日子，以及由你的生日推算出来的生肖与日柱）存在你的账号里，方便你之后再打开。存档里不含你的出生年月日。
  （五）八字流年报告、家居布局报告与百年流年表的成品不会存档；计算完成后只传回你的浏览器。
  （六）专属开运日历。你第一次成功产生某一份日历时所用的出生年、月、日与性别，会连同你的用户ID 与这份日历的年份，保存在数据库里，用来让一份日历只对应一个人。为了让你之后重新打开、翻看月份与重新下载时不必再输入，我们也会保存这份日历的订单编号、最后一次成功产生时用的出生年、月、日、出生时辰（或「不知道出生时辰」）、性别与年份、产生了几次，以及建立时间。整年的日历内容不另外保存，每次打开或下载时用这些资料重新计算，结果相同。手机日历档（.ics）里只写你的日主（例如「日主 甲木」），不写你的出生日期、出生时间与性别；网页上的月历（包括打印或存成 PDF 的）会显示你输入的性别与出生日期、时间，转给别人前请留意。「我的日历」清单里，每份日历的生日会部分遮蔽。你把日历档汇入 Apple、Google 等日历服务后，那一份由该服务依它自己的政策处理，不经过我们。
• 奇门问事：
  （一）问题与答案：你选的类别、写下的问题、「想看」的方向、起盘时间（也就是你付款成功的时间）、结论与整份答案，连同你的用户ID，存在我们的数据库，让你在「我的问事」再打开。
  （二）同意与交易纪录：你付款前同意的四点重点与「我明白」勾选的版本、条款版本、同意时间、当时的 IP 地址与浏览器资料，以及付款编号、起盘时间、结论（例如「倾向顺利」）与处理状态（例如已退款、已到期删除）。这些不含问题内容，用来证明你付款前看过并同意了哪些规则、处理退款与银行争议扣款，以及给会计对账。
  （三）问题内容只在本网站的服务器与数据库处理，不会交给 Stripe，也不会交给任何人工智能（AI）服务或其他公司；寄给管理员的通知邮件、每日报告与服务器日志都不写问题内容。
  （四）管理员只在处理你的来信、退款或争议，或检查问题是否属于不回答的类别时，才会查看问题内容；每次查看都会留下纪录（谁、什么时候）。
• 好运Jayne 家居布局问答：每问一轮，我们会把你打的字或按的选项，连同出生资料（年、月、日、时与性别）和大门朝向，送到我们的服务器计算（宅运风水问答送的是你在宅运表单填的出生资料与房屋资料），算完就丢弃，不存进数据库、不写进日志，也不交给其他公司或人工智能（AI）服务。对话只留在你这一页的浏览器记忆里，关掉或重新整理页面就清空。家居布局报告页面会暂时放一把签名过的「问答钥匙」（内含上面的出生资料与大门朝向，24 小时内有效），同样只在页面记忆里，不存档。重新打开报告页时，用这份报告已绑定的出生年月日与性别重新签钥匙，出生时间与大门朝向取自页面，不另存。为了防止滥用，服务器只在内存里暂时记录每个账号这一小时问了几次，不写入数据库。
• 免费运势快照（首页，不用注册）：你输入的性别、出生日期与时间会送到我们的服务器计算。结果传回后，服务器只累加「快照被使用了几次」的数字，不会把你在快照输入的生日存进数据库。为了防止滥用，服务器会在短时间内（约一小时）暂时记住发出请求的 IP 地址，只放在内存里，不写入数据库。另外，你的浏览器会把这次输入的生日存在你自己的设备上，之后买报告时自动帮你填好；如果你用的是共用的电脑或手机，可以清除浏览器的网站资料来删掉它。
• 生日密码（西方数字学）：首页的生日密码试看与登录后的「生日密码」分页，会把你输入的公历出生年、月、日送到我们的服务器计算，算完就丢弃，不存进数据库、不写进日志，也不交给其他公司或人工智能（AI）服务。首页试看只累加「每天被使用了几次」的数字。为了防止滥用，服务器只在内存里暂时记录每个 IP 地址（首页试看）或每个账号（登录后）大约一小时内用了几次，不写入数据库。另外，你的浏览器会把这次输入的生日存在你自己的设备上，方便下一步（例如免费运势、生日密码分页）自动填好；如果你用的是共用的电脑或手机，可以清除浏览器的网站资料来删掉它。

资料用途

• 提供与维护本服务、确认会员权限与订阅状态。
• 让一份报告或日历只对应一个人，并计算产生与打印次数。
• 提醒：试用、会员或 13 个月套餐快到期时，我们会在你登录后的页面上显示提醒。我们的系统目前不会自动寄电邮给你，也不寄广告。需要联系你的时候（例如你来信询问、帮你重设密码或重设报告），由我们人工以电邮回复。付款收据、续费提醒等邮件如有寄出，是由 Stripe 寄送，以 Stripe 实际寄送的为准。
• 账号安全监测与营运通知：新会员注册、购买、更改方案、重设报告、异地登录、密码错误过多、登录次数或报告次数达上限时，系统会寄通知给管理员；另有每日登录报告。这些邮件只寄给管理员，内容可能包括你的用户ID、注册电邮、IP 地址、设备类型与购买项目，不包括你的生日。
• 处理付款与客服。
• 奇门问事：用你的类别、方向与起盘时间起盘解答；在保存期内让你再看答案；你在 24 小时内问同一类的事时提醒你（只看类别与时间，不比对问题全文）；在你提出退款、投诉或银行争议扣款时，核对当时的问题与答案。我们不会把问题内容用于广告或推销，也不会出售。

资料分享

我们不会出售或出租你的个人资料。只在提供服务所需时交给以下服务商处理：Render（网站主机）、Neon（数据库）、Stripe（付款）、电邮寄送服务商（只用来寄通知给管理员）。法律要求时除外。

奇门问事的问题内容不会交给 Stripe 或其他公司。处理银行争议扣款时，我们可能把必要的交易纪录（付款编号、同意纪录、起盘时间与答案是否已产生）交给 Stripe 和发卡银行；除非为了回应争议确有必要，不会附上你的问题全文。

你连到本网站时，连线会经过 Cloudflare 的网络，Cloudflare 因此会收到你的 IP 地址与浏览器资料。

你的资料会在马来西亚以外的国家储存与处理（例如美国）。

首页（介绍页）的标题字体由 Google Fonts 提供；打开首页时，你的浏览器会直接连到 Google 的服务器下载字体，Google 因此会收到你的 IP 地址与浏览器资料。登录后的排盘页面不使用 Google Fonts。

保存多久

各类资料目前的保存做法如下：

• 登录记录与管理操作记录：一般保存不超过 12 个月，之后由系统删除。
• 目前这一次登录的 IP 与设备类型：下次登录时被取代，退出时删除。
• 账号资料（包括注册时的 IP）：账号存在期间一直保存，目前没有自动删除。
• 付款前填写、还没完成付款的资料（待付款订单）：24 小时内没有完成付款的，系统自动删除。
• 已付款但未能产生的订单（包括付款前填写的生日等资料）：保留到产生成功或退款处理完毕，之后删除。
• 绑定用的出生年月日与性别、报告与专属开运日历的产生与打印次数、报告的资料指纹、重设记录：目前没有自动删除。
• 专属开运日历每一份保存的资料（订单编号、最后一次成功产生用的出生资料与年份、次数、建立时间）：账号存在期间一直保存，目前没有自动删除。
• 择日报告存档：目前没有自动删除，会一直留在你的账号里。
• 购买与订阅记录：目前没有自动删除。
• 奇门问事的问题、类别与答案：保存 1 年（从起盘当天算起），期满由系统删除。退款的那一则，退款时就删除。
• 付款后因系统出错没能起盘的奇门问事（类别、问题与方向）：保留到重新起盘成功或退款处理完毕，之后删除。
• 奇门问事不含问题内容的同意与交易纪录：与其他购买纪录一样，目前没有自动删除。
• 寄给管理员的通知邮件：保存在管理员的邮箱里，目前没有自动删除。
• 免费运势快照输入的生日：不存进我们的数据库；存在你浏览器里的那一份，由你自己清除。
• 生日密码输入的生日：算完就丢弃，不存进我们的数据库，也不写进日志；首页试看的每日使用次数只是数字，不含生日；存在你浏览器里的那一份，由你自己清除。

没有自动删除的资料，你可以按下面的方法，请我们删除。专属开运日历的绑定资料删除以后，就不能再打开或重新下载那一份日历，请先自行保存日历档。

怎样要求查阅、更正或删除

• 请用你注册时的电邮，写信到本页底部的联络电邮，注明你的用户ID，以及想查阅、更正或删除哪些资料（例如：绑定的生日、择日报告存档、整个账号）。
• 为了保护你，我们可能会先请你确认身份，再处理。
• 这些要求目前由我们人工处理，收到后会回信告知结果。
• 奇门问事的问题与答案，你可以随时要求提早删除（来信注明「我的问事」里的编号，或写「全部问事」）；删除后就不能再打开那一则答案。如果那一笔正在处理退款或争议，我们会处理完毕后才删除，并在回信说明。
• 法律要求保存的交易记录，可能无法删除；如有这种情况，我们会在回信里说明。

Cookie 与浏览器储存

我们使用两个 Cookie：一个用来保持登录，一个用来记住你选的语言。另外会用浏览器的本机储存，把一些资料留在你自己的设备上，例如：导览是否看过、语言、你在免费运势快照与生日密码输入的生日（方便之后自动填入报告与生日密码的表单），以及你在排盘工具里选过的选项。这些本机储存的内容不会自动传给我们，你可以在浏览器里清除。我们不使用广告或追踪 Cookie。

English summary

We process personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We collect your user ID, email (if you sign up yourself), membership and subscription details, sign-up time and sign-up IP address, the version of the terms you agreed to, and sign-in records (time, IP address, device type) for account security. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Payments are handled by Stripe; we keep the item, amount, currency, transaction reference and the customer and subscription references Stripe gives us, and we never receive or store card details. For monthly subscriptions we pass your sign-up email to Stripe.

Ordinary charts are calculated in your browser. Reports, My Lucky Calendar and the free forecast snapshot send what you enter to our server for calculation; for paid reports and the calendar you fill in these details before paying; they are held in a pending order in our own database (not sent to Stripe), deleted automatically if payment is not completed within 24 hours, and used to generate the item once payment succeeds. For the BaZi Annual Report, Home Layout Report and 100-Year Table we save the birth year, month, day and gender used the first time, with your user ID and the report name, so that one report stays with one person. We count how many times each report is generated and printed; to tell whether you only switched the display language (which does not count), we also keep for each report a data fingerprint worked out from the details used: a one-way keyed hash made with our server's secret key; it does not contain your birth details, and we will not use it to work them back out. It is used only for that check. We also record when a report or calendar has been reset. Date Reports you generate are saved in your account; they contain your zodiac sign and day pillar but not your birth date. Finished copies of the other reports are not saved. For the free snapshot, the birth details you enter are not written to our database; your browser stores them on your own device so the report form can be filled in later.

For My Lucky Calendar we save the birth date and gender used at the first generation, with your user ID and the calendar year, so that one calendar stays with one person. So that you can reopen, browse and download it again without re-entering anything, we also keep the order number, the details used for the latest successful generation (birth date, birth time or "time unknown", gender and year), the generation count and the creation time; the full-year content is not stored but worked out again, with the same result, each time you open or download it. The calendar file (.ics) shows only your Day Master, not your birth date, birth time or gender; the monthly calendar on the page, and any printout of it, shows the gender and birth details you entered, so take care before passing it on. If you import the file into Apple, Google or another calendar service, that copy is handled by that service under its own policy. If you ask us to delete a calendar's bound details, that calendar can no longer be opened or downloaded, so keep your own copy first.

For Qimen Ask we keep your topic, your question, the direction you chose, the casting time (the moment your payment succeeded) and the answer, with your user ID, so that you can reopen it under My readings for 1 year; after that the question, topic and answer are deleted automatically, and a refunded reading is deleted when it is refunded. If a system error stops a paid reading from being cast, its topic, question and direction are kept until it is cast successfully or the refund is settled, and then deleted. We also keep a record without the question (the version of the four points, the "I understand" box and the terms you agreed to, the time, IP address and browser at agreement, payment reference, casting time, verdict and status) to show what you agreed to, handle refunds and chargebacks, and keep our accounts; like other purchase records it is not deleted automatically. Your question is processed only on our own server and database: it is not sent to Stripe, any AI service or any other company, and it is not written into administrator emails, daily reports or server logs. For a chargeback we may give Stripe and the card issuer the necessary transaction records, but not your question unless it is truly needed. Administrators look at a question only to handle your email, a refund or dispute, or to check whether it falls outside the topics we answer, and each look is recorded. You can ask us to delete a reading early.

For Lucky Jayne's home layout Q&A, each time you ask, what you type or tap is sent to our server together with the birth details (year, month, day, hour and gender) and door direction from your Home Layout Report, or the details from your House Feng Shui form, worked out and then discarded: it is not stored in our database or logs and is not sent to any other company or AI service. The conversation exists only in the open page and clears when you close or refresh it. The Home Layout Report page holds a signed Q&A key containing those birth details and the door direction, valid for 24 hours and kept only in the page's memory. When you reopen the report page, a new key is signed using the birth date and gender already bound to that report; the birth time and door direction are taken from the page and are not stored. To prevent abuse, the server keeps only an in-memory count of questions per account per hour.

For the Birth Code (Western numerology), the home-page preview and the Birth Code tab send the Gregorian birth date you enter to our server, where it is worked out and then discarded: it is not stored in our database or logs and is not sent to any other company or AI service. The home-page preview only adds to a daily usage count. To prevent abuse, the server keeps an in-memory count per IP address (home-page preview) or per account (signed in) for about an hour, not written to the database. Your browser stores the birth date on your own device so the next step (such as the free forecast or the Birth Code tab) can be filled in for you; on a shared computer or phone you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Our system does not currently send you automatic emails; reminders are shown on the page after you sign in, and we reply by email ourselves when you contact us. Receipts and renewal reminders, if sent, come from Stripe. Security and operating notices are emailed to the administrator only and may include your user ID, email, IP address, device type and the item bought, but not your birth date.

We do not sell personal data; it is shared only with our service providers (Render for hosting, Neon for the database, Stripe for payments and an email delivery provider for administrator notices) as needed to run the service. Connections to this site pass through Cloudflare's network, and the home page loads its heading font from Google Fonts, so Cloudflare and Google receive your IP address. Your data is stored and processed in countries outside Malaysia (for example, the United States).

Sign-in records are generally kept for up to 12 months. Unpaid pending orders are deleted after 24 hours. Paid orders that could not be generated, including the birth details entered for them, are kept until the item is generated or the refund is settled, and then deleted. Account details, the bound birth date and gender (for reports and My Lucky Calendar), the saved calendar details above, generation and print counts, report data fingerprints, reset records, saved Date Reports, purchase and subscription records and administrator notification emails are currently not deleted automatically. To see, correct or delete your data, email us from your sign-up email with your user ID; we handle these requests by hand and will reply with the outcome. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep may not be deletable. We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
